Introduction
Trevadlock Farm is a working dairy farm with easy access from a parish road.
We have two rooms for Bed and Breakfast both on the first floor. The facilities are not suitable for the disabled. Please read the following statement of our provision and contact us personally if anything is unclear.
We are sorry but we are a working farm and are unable to take dogs.

- Bookings can be made by phone or email.
- Trevadlock Farm is really only suitable for customers with cars as there is no public transport to the farm.
- The nearest station is Liskeard 10 miles away.
- The nearest airport is Plymouth 25 miles.
- Directions to the farm can be found on the website.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
- There is plenty of parking off road on concrete by the side of the house.
- Assistance with luggage is offered to all guests.
- The front door is accessed from the car via a concrete area into the front hall; there is a 4" step into the hall from the garden path.
- There is adequate lighting outside the farmhouse.
Main Entrance & Reception
- The front door opens into the hall and is level except for the door thresholds.
- Guests are taken to their rooms and offered refreshments in the sitting room.
Public Areas - General (Internal)
- Guests' dining/sitting room is carpeted with sort pile carpet.
- Downstairs hall is of Cornish slate.
- Stairs and upstairs landing are carpeted.
Public Areas - WC
- Guest bedrooms are ensuite.
- There is no downstairs toilet.
Restaurant / Dining Room, Bar & Lounges, Take Away & Cafe
- Breakfast is served in the dinning room at a time agreed between the guests and the proprietors.
- Furniture is free standing.
- There is no piped music used in the farmhouse.
- There is a no-smoking policy throughout the farmhouse.
- Vegetarian and specialised diets can be catered for on request.

Bedrooms
- The two bedrooms are on the first floor accessible via a staircase of 13 steps - the first step is 7" high and 21" wide followed by 9 stairs at 7" depth and 35" wide to the top with a turn, then 3 more stairs. Hand rail on left hand side then level access to the 2 bedrooms.
- The doors are lockable and guests have their own keys for the duration of their stay.
- Both rooms have remote control colour televisions the double room having a flat screen freeview set. Also clock/radio alarms.
- There are instructions in both bedrooms explaining action to be taken in case of fire.
- The bedroom floors are carpeted and the bathrooms are hight quality non-slip vynal.
- Tea making facilities are available in both rooms and should guests want water to drink then we have our own supply of spring water from the tap.
- All bedding is man-made fibre.
- Both rooms are very well lit with overhead and bedside lights as well as lighting on the dressing table.
- Hairdryers are supplied in both rooms.
- Bedrooms are carpeted and well lit.
- Twin room same measurements with single beds 3' wide and 24" high.
Bathroom, Shower-room & WC (Ensuite or Shared)
- Both rooms have ensuite facillities consisting of standard toilet & washbasin.
- Showers are 10" off the ground, with non slip surface.
- Mirrors over washbasin with light and shaver point.
- Towels are supplied.
Grounds and Gardens
- There is flat level garden with facillities for sitting
- There is a pond in the corner that is covered with a mesh. Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
Additional Information
- Guests can watch the farm activities and walk on the land owned by the proprietors, subject to permission at the time.
