Booking Terms and Conditions
If you would like to make a booking, firstly please telephone
to check availability.
Provisional Bookings remain firm for one
week pending the return of written confirmation within
7 days accompanied
with a deposit, equal to that of the first nights stay.
In the case of a cancellation, please advise
us immediately We will attempt to re-let the room and return your
deposit less a handling charge of £5 per person.
Guest are reminded that once the deposit is paid they are liable
if we are unable to re-let the room for 2/3 of the total cost of
your stay.
You are advised to take out holiday cancellations insurance,
details are obtainable from myself or found at www.rothwellandtowler.co.uk
Arrival and Departure
Your room will be ready for you to occupy from
4.00pm. It would be helpful and appreciated if
you would be kind enough to give
us a call and inform us of your expected time of arrival.
Rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
* Trevadlock Farm Bed and Breakfast is a Non-Smoking residence
