Copper Meadow is ideally situated just off the main A30, central for exploring both Devon and Cornwall and the North and South coast, with the villages of Boscastle, Port Isaac and the home of the now legendary King Arthur at Tintagel. In Cornwall you are never more than 21 miles from the sea.

Beaches

Some of our favourite beaches can be found at Polzeath, Rock, Daymer Bay,Crackington Haven, Bude & Widemouth Bay

Golf

Excellent golf facilities can be found throughout Cornwall. Those golf courses within easy reach from Copper Meadow include Launceston, St Mellion and Trethorne.

Roadford Lake

Enjoy miles of footpaths and a cycleway which winds its way through a maturing planted forest overlooking the Lake. You may prefer brown trout angling, sailing, windsurfing, rowing or kayaking.

Siblyback Lake

Siblyback Lake sits on the edge of Bodmin Moor offering a perfect lake location to enjoy windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, wakeboarding, cycling and climbing

Bodmin & Wenford Railway

Take a leisurely 13 mile round trip through beautiful countryside, taking in the sights, sound and smells of a bygone age on Cornwall’s favourite steam locomotive.

Bude Canal & Heritage Trail

A mini-network of waterways on the Devon/Cornwall border is of considerable historic interest.

The Camel Trail

Probably the most successful recreational multi use trail in the UK. You have access to the beautiful Cornish countryside along a disused railway line between Wenfordbridge, Bodmin, Wadebridge and Padstow.

The Eden Project

The 8th Wonder Of The World dominated by two huge enclosures consisting of adjoining domes that house thousands of plant species.

The Lost Gardens of Heligan

Near Mevagissey in Cornwall, these are one of the most popular botanical gardens to be found in the UK.
